its exercise time!

hohoho..... this week is like exercise week for mi.... wah~ feels good to exercise..but so tired~ so.. i swam... sung.. and played badminton!! hoho.. maybe next time can go cycling..

i was rather suprised when maxi agreed to go swimming b4 gg kbox... haha.. hM.. maybe coz last time when cherene,huikiang and i went swimming.. maxi n magde had school.. so never realli went swimming with her... haha.. but we swam 11 laps.... breast stroke.... not non stop of coz... hahha.. we not so pro yet.... cherene went home to study after that.. while maxi n mi went klunch... have to practice singing sia!! amei songs realli hard to sing!!!!!! haiz.... but not so bad la.. yesterdaes kbox... manage to push n push n push all the high notes out.... tankz for all the encouragement maxi!! haha.. dun worry.. i will continue JIAYOUing...haha.. must sing properly next time in MC....

after kboxing.. went to hougang mall then heartland mall.. and i manage to persude maxi to do manicure..... hahaha.. i didnt know i could be so good at physoing ppl into doing things... but in the end.. the end product was nice ok~ summore had free nail art.. 3 flowers on the ring fingers.. still wondering how those manicurist mangage to paint the nails so nicely.. izzit the nail polish? or the brush? or the angle? or wat??? how come the result that comes out from the manicure shop is so different from what u do at home????? haiz... maybe its just that we dont have tat skill.. haha.. it was raining the whole afternoon yesterdae... i had to take a cab home from heartland mall... i costs mi 3.30... its like 90cents to travel from heartland mall to my house.. but 2.40 for the aircon and seat n driver..... haiz...

was feeling tired after swimming.. but still i slept at 1am.... haha.. coz body clock automatic adjusts to sleep later n wake up later during the holidaes.... haha.... but 1 sad thing is tat i could not wake up too late todae.. coz i was meeting my tp classmates for badminton.. so i woke up at 9am.. when i got up.. my body was a little achy.... got some muscle aches around the whole body... but i still went to play badminton~!! reached there about... 12.15 then the rest slowly came in at 12.30 ... played n rest.. played n rest.. perspired alot.. then we left for hougang mall at 2.30.... ate KFC.. haha we didnt take our lunch ok~ so tat was counted our lunch.. okok it may seem like.. exercise to loose some weight.. then eat kfc and put at weight back on.. but watever~.. haha.. at least i exercised...... it was Linzi and Pam's 1st time at hougang mall.. thought the mall was like nothing much to walk.. we still walked around to see see... haha.. then linzi wanted to take a pic... and to our surprise... the 4 faces could fit into linzi's camera phone screen... hahha.... also.. to prove that linzi went to play badminton... we spent about 15 mins trying to help linzi take a pic with her playing badminton.... the pic looked real... but it was actually fake.. but we realli did play badminton....

so after taking tat pic.. we all went home.. sticky n tired... bathed and came online to leave a post... so not coming online tonight liaoz.. wan to sleep early but i doubt i would be.. coz i wan to watch tv~ haha...
